Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using MockQL's services.

1. Agreement to Terms

Last Updated: March 22, 2025

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and MockQL ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the MockQL platform and services.

By accessing or using MockQL, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MockQL and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

License to Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our Service for your personal or internal business purposes.

Restrictions

You may not:

  • Modify, copy, or create derivative works based on the Service
  • Use the Service for any revenue-generating endeavor or commercial enterprise beyond the scope of the license granted
  • Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble any portion of the Service
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account or other security breaches

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service:

  • In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation
  • To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation
  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate MockQL, a MockQL employee, another user, or any other person or entity
  • To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service, or which may harm MockQL or users of the Service
  • To attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Service or any server, computer, or database connected to the Service

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees for our paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account.

By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees. If your payment cannot be processed, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the paid features.

Fee Changes

MockQL, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the subscription fees for the paid plans. Any subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current billing cycle.

We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your subscription before such change becomes effective.

6. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial of our paid services. At the end of the free trial period, you will be automatically charged the applicable subscription fee for the plan you selected unless you cancel before the end of the trial period.

You are required to provide your payment information to start the free trial. We will not charge you until the free trial has expired. On the last day of the free trial, unless you cancel your subscription, we will automatically charge your payment method for your subscription.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or cancel your subscription through your account settings.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MockQL, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
