Cancellation and Refund Policy

Everything you need to know about subscription cancellations and refunds

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your MockQL subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Once you cancel, you'll maintain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

  • Your subscription can be cancelled from your account settings page
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle
  • After cancellation, your account will be downgraded to the Free tier

Refund Process

We offer refunds under specific circumstances within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Refund Eligibility:

  • New subscribers: Full refund within 14 days of initial purchase
  • Service unavailability: Prorated refund for extended downtime (24+ hours)
  • Billing errors: Full refund for incorrect charges

Non-refundable Circumstances

The following situations are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription cancellations after the 14-day trial period
  • Feature dissatisfaction after the trial period has expired
  • Unused subscription time after the 14-day refund window
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
